The hotel offers free storage for bags before check-in. The Wi-Fi was slow at times.

Wonderful old hip new hotel with really helpful and top-class staff. The room was brand-new and good sized, the location was fantastic! Location very close to to the town's most beautiful street : Calle Crisologo, restaurants and tourist spots, and the good restaurants, shops. Also, very near attractions of the city.

A huge variety of food for breakfast including bread and bacon. Exceptionally clean and huge rooms with nine beds, great stay! Great and incredible location, just a short stroll away from Pottery Factories.

Somewhat small room.

The location is excellent, as it is walking distance from major attractions. The ambiance of the hotel is charming. The air conditioning unit was noisy and did not adequately cool the entire room. Some amenities were lacking, like basic toiletries and slippers which I had to request separately.

the location was marvellous - ease of access to mestizo district. asked for superior queen room and it was neat with a view.

What's great and what's not

Locational convenience can't be beaten walking distance to attractions. The cozy ambiance adds charm with clean facilities and warm hospitality from staff.

Though the experience overall was satisfying, some found limitations in the variety of amenities provided.

Great location right in the center of town, perfect for exploring all the famous tourist spots. Breakfast offered a nice taste of local flavors. The staff was helpful, moving my mum's room to the ground floor.

Can't recommend highly enough for a brief sojourn

Comfortable room, good breakfast, with the highlight being their super delicious breakfast with coffee sweetened with "balicutcha" and fresh mango juice, all conveniently located just a short walk from major attractions, making it easy to enjoy the local sights.

Not a single issue.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to all the main attractions, and the dining area downstairs provides a lovely atmosphere with local flavors. The facilities are well-maintained, and my room was charming and cozy.

The breakfast options for vegetarians and vegans are very limited.

The breakfast was a good set meal with local flavors, including Vigan longganisa and fried boneless bangus. The A/C was cold, and the water pressure was strong, perfect after a long day of exploring.

Some cleanliness issues in the room.

The location is excellent, just moments from all major attractions. The standard room showed signs of neglect, with peeling paint and cleanliness issues including dust and a musty smell. Staff interactions felt impersonal, lacking warmth and friendliness, as one even mistook me for a trespasser. Breakfast was simple yet well-prepared.

Cozy and convenient spot!

The staff here were super friendly! Got quick room service and the place was always clean. I loved having the bar/lounge area to chill after a long day. Just wish the water pressure in the shower was better, but that didn't ruin my stay. Amazing location near all the goodies in town!

The entrance and lobby had such a charming vibe, and the room made me feel like I’d traveled back to the 19th century. I really enjoyed the massage options and karaoke nights offered, which were perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. Just a heads-up, the breakfast options were a bit limited, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience! 😊
